Hourly Rental Rates

Perfect for fitness classes, workshops, and more!

Black Box Theater Rental: $50 (Special Rates available for 501c3 organizations)
Full Space (Bookstore & Black Box Theater): $150 an hour - Includes use of Chairs, tables, projector, lighting, sound, and full space.
Sound System, Microphone, etc: Included in Room Rental
All chairs needed for your event $10 per hour
All tables needed for your event $10 per hour
Projector for $10 per hour
Inquire for cost of linens/place settings
Stage lighting for $15 per hour (includes a designated lighting technician on site, to ensure a seamless event)
After 4 hours at $95 for Black Box Theater, all extra hours are FREE. No added cost for any hours above 4 hours of rental of Black Box Theater.
After 5 hours at $150 for Full Space, all extra hours are FREE. No added cost for any hours above 4 hours of rental of Full Space.

Host your next professional development in style!

Set up and tear down time must be included in the time block of hourly rental
Max occupancy is 50 people before June 2024. After June 2024, occupancy will increase. Please email info@mosaicsutah.com with questions regarding occupancy.
A Mosaic employee will be on site to assist with any tech question & operation.
Workshop events can be held from 7 AM - 7 PM M-F, 7 AM - 11 AM Weekends
Weekend rentals may require a full store space rental.
